Traditional trapezoidal external wall profile with a profile height of 30mm, an effective width of 1100mm and a profile width of 220mm with 5 profiles across the effective width. This makes the DELFT 30/1000 more coarsely profiled than the DELFT 19/1090.
DELFT's uninsulated trapezoidal profiles are very suitable as external wall profiles or, for example, as a wall finish on an insulating support structure such as a liner tray or carrier sandwich panel.

Perforate
Sound absorption is a must in many industrial projects to achieve a pleasant acoustic indoor climate. The perforation allows the sound waves to penetrate the applied insulation instead of being reflected into the room.
Please note that when plates or profiles are perforated, this affects the strength and stiffness of the profiles. Check the technical data sheets for more information or ask your contact person at Delft.
Films
For optimal protection of the products, the coils, flat plates and strips are provided with a screen film. This protective film ensures optimal protection of the coating during processing. After processing, the film can be easily removed.
Where technically feasible, a sustainable, recyclable film of 70 microns is used, which achieves a 30% reduction in CO₂ emissions.
