Perforate

Sound absorption is a must in many industrial projects to achieve a pleasant acoustic indoor climate. The perforation allows the sound waves to penetrate the applied insulation instead of being reflected into the room.

Please note that when plates or profiles are perforated, this affects the strength and stiffness of the profiles. Check the technical data sheets for more information or ask your contact person at Delft.

Anti-condensation felt

Condensation that can form on the underside of the cold roof profiles is undesirable because it adversely affects the lifespan and falling drops of condensation are not desired on the inside. The falling drops can cause damage to any stored products and/or goods. On request, Delft can provide the cold roof profiles with anti-condensation felt on the underside.

When using anti-condensation felt, there must be good ventilation so that the absorbed condensation can dry sufficiently.

Films

For optimal protection of the products, the coils, flat plates and strips are provided with a screen film. This protective film ensures optimal protection of the coating during processing. After processing, the film can be easily removed.

Where technically feasible, a sustainable, recyclable film of 70 microns is used, which achieves a 30% reduction in CO₂ emissions.
